Return & Exchange Policy – Arrakis™
At Arrakis™, we are committed to providing a refined and seamless shopping experience. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our return and exchange policy below.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange. For discounted or promotional items, the return window is limited to 2 days only.
A copy of the invoice or order number must be provided with any return or exchange request.
All returned items are subject to quality inspection; direct refunds are not available.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Products must not show signs of washing, ironing, or exposure to perfumes or fragrances.
Manufacturing Defects & Order Errors
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, missing components, or is incorrect due to an error on our part, Arrakis™ will assume full responsibility and provide compensation in the form of a 10% discount code.
Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must return the item through the appropriate courier service based on their country’s procedures.
Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Arrakis™. We strongly recommend using registered and trackable shipping services.
Arrakis™ is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
If the delivery courier attempts contact more than three (3) times without response, the return request will be automatically canceled.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider’s policies.
Orders canceled before being handed over to the shipping carrier will be fully refunded.
Orders canceled after shipment processing will be refunded for the product value only; shipping fees will be deducted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale & Special Orders
Custom-made items, special orders, and pre-orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
In the case of an exchange request, shipping fees for the replacement item will be waived. If the requested size is unavailable, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
