RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY — ARRAKIS™

At ARRAKIS™, every product is manufactured and inspected according to our quality standards. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Size Exchanges

If the size does not fit, you may exchange the item for a different size within 3 business days of receiving your order.

For quality purposes, exchanges are accepted only if the item is in excellent condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging.

2. Defective Items

Defective items are not exchanged. Instead, the amount paid will be refunded.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the item is confirmed to be in the same condition it was shipped in, in line with our quality standards, the refund will be processed.
