ARRAKIS™ ships worldwide through third-party shipping providers, subject to destination availability.

1. Worldwide Shipping

We ship to destinations around the world, except for locations where shipping cannot reasonably be provided.

This includes destinations that:

Are affected by active war or armed conflict
Are experiencing major natural disasters or severe disruptions
Are isolated or inaccessible to our available shipping providers
Are subject to shipping restrictions or government restrictions
Cannot be serviced by the shipping provider for operational reasons

ARRAKIS™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel a shipment when delivery to a destination is not reasonably possible.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are not determined by ARRAKIS™.

Shipping costs are calculated by the applicable shipping provider based on the destination, shipping zone, package characteristics, and available service.

The shipping cost applicable to your order will be displayed during checkout where available.

ARRAKIS™ is not responsible for changes in shipping rates imposed by shipping providers.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.

Kuwait
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days, subject to exceptional circumstances and shipping conditions.

GCC Countries
Estimated delivery: up to 5 business days.

International Destinations
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping zone, customs procedures, and the shipping provider.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Delays

ARRAKIS™ is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Customs procedures
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Wars or armed conflicts
Government restrictions
Transportation disruptions
Shipping provider delays
Incorrect or incomplete customer information

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

ARRAKIS™ does not control or determine customs fees or import duties.

6. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs or charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
